In this agreement, "Minicabs Notting Hill," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 It is essential to allow adequate time for your journey to ensure punctuality, particularly for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins. We shall not be liable for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness for collection at the designated time.
2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size suitable for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, counts as one passenger.
2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be made at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Material changes to the itinerary may result in an adjustment to the provided quote.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the designated landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this period will be charged at our standard waiting rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly for accuracy. Failure to notify us of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may incur cleaning charges.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, height, and weight.
4.4 We are not authorized to exceed the maximum passenger limit as stipulated by licensing or insurance.
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver at the time of cancellation.
5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may be subject to a charge.
6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.
6.4 You agree not to hold us liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, as prohibited by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered due to abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Minicabs Notting Hill and yourself.
8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefits to third parties unless agreed upon in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. We are not obliged to entertain claims or disputes made after this period.
